  • Top three foreign holders of U.S. Tsy Securities: Japan, China, UK

  • All top three foreign holders of U.S. Tsy Securities increased their stocks of Tsy assets in July

  • China increased Tsy holdings for the first time after reducing for four-consecutive months

  • Japan added by 13.5 billion, China added 6.4 billion, UK added 5.9 billion
