• Daily range in DXY for the last 21 FOMC interest rate decisions (ex. March 13 emergency rate cut announcement)

• On average, the dollar index move 0.60 points on monetary policy decision days, this is almost twice the current rolling 25-day range average of 0.29 points. The highest move in the index was seen on the November 2020 decision at 1.06 points, the lowest was recorded on January 2020 at only 0.25 points.
