❗️ Financial Conditions: U.K. Drops to Lowest Since Mid-July

U.K. financial conditions index by Bloomberg fell on the week by 17bps, it touched the lowest level since mid-July. U.K. monetary conditions have been abnormally volatile after the GBP-denominated assets market turmoil
The largest decline was seen in U.S. conditions, the gauge fell by 27bps to 102, this leaves the metric closer to YTD lows. We have not seen financial conditions in the U.S. tighten further than the June -137bps, despite the fact that the Fed has been hiking rates
