🇪🇺🏦 ECB's Macroeconomic Projections

ECB: Bilateral exchange rates are assumed to remain unchanged over the projection horizon at the average levels prevailing in the two-week period ending on the cut-off date of 18 May 2021. This implies an average exchange rate of USD 1.21 per euro over the period 2021-23, which is unchanged compared with the assumptions in the March 2021 projections. The assumption for the effective exchange rate of the euro implies an appreciation of 0.7% since the March 2021 projections.
