S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index increased by 14.9% Y/Y and 2.1% M/M. The yearly increase was not seen since 2005. "Phoenix, San Diego, and Seattle reported the highest Y/Y gains among the 20 cities in April. Phoenix led the way with a 22.3% Y/Y price increase, followed by San Diego with a 21.6% increase and Seattle with a 20.2% increase."
