🧮 Leveraged Funds Turned Long CHF In Week to May 30th: Cable FX Macro

The latest CFTC data showed hedge funds reducing their cumulative net long dollar position. Greenback bullish bets saw percentage of open interest dropping to 2.3% from 4.4%, this is the lowest level since mid-March.
The week saw an increase of Australian dollar net longs, a reduction of both loonie and yen net shorts, while sterling and franc turned net long
Hedge fund's position in Swiss franc had not been net long since early March. A 6.9pp increase left the net long at 6.8% of open interest, this is the highest level since late August, leveraged funds' 5-year average % of open interest is 2.2%
