The latest reading in our selected list of house prices show signs of a cool down in prices relative to the prior year
Canada April house price index fell to 9.4% Y/Y from a previous 11.0%. N.Z. April house prices dropped to 18.8% Y/Y from 23.4%, the peak was seen close to 29% in October. U.K. March reading fell to 9.8% from a previous 11.3% Y/Y. U.S. and Australia readings are set to be updated
