The Bloomberg financial conditions index for the U.S. dipped 0.42 points on the week to -0.70, meaning conditions are tightening, this is close to the March lows of -0.78. Heading into the FOMC, the U.S. 10-year yield ticks at 2.75%, however, the curve is above 3.0% in the five, twenty and thirty year tenors.
