-The May first revision of the NYFed Weekly Economic Index rises to 12.2%, from 11.7%.

-NY Fed comments that the increase reflects tax whitholding and electricity output. Decreases were seen by a rise in unemployment insurance claims and lower fuel sales and rail traffic.
