• Headline jobs slowed the growth pace seen during the last 3-6 months at 390K, the 3mo average ticked down to 419K from 515K

• Participation rate came higher at 62.3% while the unemployment rate missed estimates at 3.6%

• Leisure & hospitality led the growth in May at 84K, this was followed by businesses svcs at 75K. All sectors posted job additions except construction and retail trade, the latter shed 61K on the month
