💱G10FX Weekly % Performance: Friday Records Worst Day In USD Since 2020

Most G10 peers posted gains to the dollar this week, a few exceptions were seen in the euro and sterling. The dollar benchmark ended down 0.28% marking the third consecutive week of losses and off weekly highs of +1.7%
Friday session saw the dollar drop 1.72%, the extent of the move was the largest since late March 2020. Risk on trading and subdued volatility seemed to have offset Fed hawkish calls
The worst currency in the group was the British pound, down 2.0% to the dollar, we heard from the BoE this week. Leading the pack, antipodes posted gains with the kiwi up 2.1%
