• Both Norway's equity index benchmark and the S&P 500 reached all-time-highs this week

• UK's FTSE and Japan's Nikkei 225 closed the week in losses. FTSE lost 0.41% and the Nikkei gave 0.91%, the latter gave up to the 29,000 level and closed below its 50DMA
