The Australia Citi Economic Surprise Index dipped for the 10th consecutive week, it has been extending into negative prints for the last couple of weeks, last at -34. The 20-day move in the index tracks a 51 point drop, only the Canadian and Swiss equivalents record larger declines in the G10.
CESI for Australia has not been this negative in more than two years. Now it stands as third worst ranking in the group
